قررت محكمة في إسطنبول توقيف الفنان التركي أوغوزهان أوغور في قضية تتعلق باحتيال وسرقة تبرعات خيرية بملايين الدولارات.
جمعية أحباب
وأوقفت المحكمة أوغور المعروف في عالم السينما والغناء ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بجانب 9 متهمين آخرين انضموا لـ18 متهماً تم توقيفهم قبل أيام لكونهم على علاقة بجمعية «أحباب» الخيرية المثيرة للجدل.
وأضيف اسم أوغور (42 عاماً) للقضية لينضم للمغني التركي المعروف هالوك ليفينت الذي أسس جمعية «أحباب» التي جمعت ملايين الدولارات في 2023 لبناء منازل ومساعدة ضحايا زلزال 6 فبراير في ذلك العام، الذي خلف أكثر من 55 ألف قتيل.
احتيال ومقامرة
وتتعلق الاتهامات المتشعبة في القضية بالاحتيال وغسل الأموال والمقامرة، ولا تزال التحقيقات فيها مع ليفينت وأوغور في بدايتها ولم تصدر إدانة نهائية بعد بينما ينفي أوغور الاتهامات ضده.
ويُعد أوغوزهان أوغور واحدًا من أبرز صناع المحتوى في تركيا، وجمع بين الغناء والإخراج والكتابة السينمائية وتقديم البرامج والإنتاج الرقمي.
ولدى أوغور سجل فني حافل يضم فيلماً سينمائياً كتبه وأخرجه عام 2011، وعدداً من الألبومات الغنائية والأغاني المنفردة والثنائية مثل أغنيته مع الفنان مراد دالكليتش، «Mağlubiyet» أو «انكسار».
لكن شهرة أوغور الحقيقية جاءت مع انتقاله إلى المنصات الرقمية، بعدما أسس قناة BaBaLa TV على يوتيوب، التي تحولت إلى واحدة من أكثر المنصات الحوارية مشاهدة في تركيا.
A court in Istanbul has decided to detain Turkish artist Oğuzhan Oğur in a case related to fraud and the theft of millions of dollars in charitable donations.
Friends Association
The court has detained Oğur, who is well-known in the world of cinema, music, and social media, along with 9 other defendants who joined 18 suspects that were detained days earlier for their connection to the controversial charity “Friends” association.
Oğur’s name (42 years old) has been added to the case, joining the well-known Turkish singer Haluk Levent, who founded the “Friends” association that raised millions of dollars in 2023 to build homes and assist victims of the February 6 earthquake that year, which resulted in over 55,000 fatalities.
Fraud and Gambling
The various charges in the case involve fraud, money laundering, and gambling, and investigations with Levent and Oğur are still in their early stages, with no final convictions issued yet, while Oğur denies the accusations against him.
Oğuzhan Oğur is considered one of the prominent content creators in Turkey, combining singing, directing, screenwriting, hosting, and digital production.
Oğur has an impressive artistic record that includes a feature film he wrote and directed in 2011, as well as several music albums and singles, including his song with artist Murat Dalkılıç, “Mağlubiyet” or “Defeat.”
However, Oğur’s true fame came with his transition to digital platforms after he established the BaBaLa TV channel on YouTube, which became one of the most-watched talk platforms in Turkey.
