حسمت محكمة استئناف عالي شمال القاهرة النزاع المالي بين الفنان المصري محمود حميدة وشركة «آرت ميكرز» للتوزيع والإنتاج الفني بشأن أجره عن مسلسل «لما كنا صغيرين»، بعدما رفضت مطالبته بالحصول على 5 ملايين جنيه كأجر إضافي.
وفي المقابل، ألزمت المحكمة المصرية محمود حميدة بسداد 336 ألف جنيه للشركة، على خلفية الخلاف حول قيمة مستحقاته المالية عن مشاركته في العمل.
خلاف بسبب مدة حلقات المسلسل
وتعود تفاصيل الأزمة إلى عام 2021، بعدما نشب خلاف بين الطرفين حول مدة حلقات المسلسل، إذ نص العقد المبرم في يناير 2020 على أن تتكون الحلقة من 40 دقيقة، بينما جاءت الحلقات التي عُرضت خلال رمضان 2020 بمدة تراوحت بين 25 و30 دقيقة.
واستندت الشركة إلى هذا الفارق في مدة الحلقات للمطالبة بإعادة احتساب المقابل المالي، فيما تمسك محمود حميدة بمطالبته بالحصول على مستحقات إضافية، لتنتهي القضية بحكم قضائي يلزمه بسداد المبلغ لصالح الشركة.

المسلسل من تأليف أيمن سلامة وإخراج محمد علي، وشارك في بطولته خالد النبوي، محمود حميدة، ريهام حجاج، كريم قاسم، نسرين أمين، نبيل عيسى، محمود حجازي وهاني عادل، وعُرض في رمضان 2020.
The High Court of Appeal in North Cairo has resolved the financial dispute between Egyptian artist Mahmoud Hamida and the distribution and production company “Art Makers” regarding his fee for the series “When We Were Young,” after rejecting his claim for an additional 5 million pounds.
In contrast, the Egyptian court ordered Mahmoud Hamida to pay 336,000 pounds to the company, following the disagreement over the value of his financial entitlements for his participation in the work.
Dispute Over the Duration of the Series Episodes
The details of the crisis date back to 2021, when a disagreement arose between the two parties regarding the duration of the series episodes. The contract signed in January 2020 stipulated that each episode would be 40 minutes long, while the episodes aired during Ramadan 2020 ranged between 25 and 30 minutes.
The company relied on this difference in episode duration to demand a recalculation of the financial compensation, while Mahmoud Hamida insisted on his claim for additional entitlements, leading to a court ruling obligating him to pay the amount to the company.

The series was written by Ayman Salama and directed by Mohamed Ali, featuring Khaled El Nabawy, Mahmoud Hamida, Riham Haggag, Karim Qassem, Nasreen Amin, Nabil Issa, Mahmoud Hegazy, and Hani Adel, and it aired during Ramadan 2020.
